1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing NeonHolidayClub.com or booking our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Age Restriction

All guests at NeonHolidayClub must be aged 18 years or older. We reserve the right to verify age and refuse service. Event organisers are responsible for guest compliance.

3. Entertainment Only

All casino games are for entertainment purposes only. No real money gambling occurs. "Fun money" chips have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or prizes.

4. Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable deposit of 20% secures your booking.
• Full payment is due 14 days before the event.
• Payment by bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal.
• All prices in Australian Dollars (AUD), exclusive of GST unless stated.

5. Cancellation Policy

• 60+ days before: full refund minus deposit.
• 30–60 days: 50% refund of total paid.
• Less than 30 days: no refund.
• Force majeure: reschedule or credit provided.

6. Venue & Access

Clients must ensure venue access at least 2 hours before start time with adequate space, power, and vehicle access. Additional costs for access issues will be invoiced.

7. Liability

NeonHolidayClub carries comprehensive public liability insurance. We are not responsible for personal property loss, third-party injuries, or consequential losses. Clients are responsible for guest behaviour.

8. Equipment

All equipment remains our property. Damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the client.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content belongs to NeonHolidayClub and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
